My Little Artist!!

Well those of you who know Carissa know that she is totally into art. Art of any kind that is, she loves to draw, paint, and make jewelry. I was so excited when I found that our local community center offered art classes! I enrolled her and she has been having a blast. She was even moved up to the advanced class which is usually reserved for kids 12 and up! She is a fantastic artist, I am partial of course!!

Happy Birthday Carissa!!

So my baby girl turned 9!! Holy Moly where does the time go! For her birthday this year she wanted to go to the American Girl Store in LA. We had lunch with her cousin Shelby(who's birthday is 3 days after Carissa) and Emma!! The girls had a blast! The sang Mama Mia songs in the car on the way there, so cute, even little Emma knows all the words!! It was a great girls day!!

Riding at the River!!

We went to the river over President's weekend with some friends and took the kids out riding!! We had a blast!

Catch up time!!

Ok, so l;ife has been a little busy lately and I have fallen behind in my blogging!! I am going to catch up on the last 2 months!! Here I go!!

Disneyland on Super Bowl Sunday!

This year two of my very best girlfriends and I took the kids to Disneyland on Superbowl Sunday. We were not quite sure what to expect as far as crowds go, but it turned out to be a really nice day. The crowds were very minimal especially for a Sunday. Amanda rode her first roller coaster, Space Mountian, she loved it!! Yeah!! We were so excited to get Amanda on a roller coaster! We keep telling her by the end of the year her goal is to ride California Screamin, we will have to see about that!! Then we joined the guys at Brian's parents house for the last half of Superbowl and ate more yummy food (we had the best corndogs ever at California Adventure)!! Thanks for the great day girlies!!

The best husband in the world!

I know that we all think that we have the best husband! But I really know that I do, he totally spoiled me on my birthday, that same number of years that I mentioned in my previous post!! Here is a hint incase you did not read it, I am half way to 70!! LOL!! We had a great dinner and went to a new piano bar, it was tons of fun!! I love you babe!!

Breakfast with my sis!!

My sister Jen took me out shopping for my 35th, yep you read it right, birthday!! We went out to breakfast and then shopping at the Cabazon Outlets! We had a great girls day together! Thanks for the great time Jen!! Love you!
