This year we were able to make it to Rick's Family's Chicken Fry in Seligman, Arizona. Now you may be asking yourself "Where in the heck is Seligman, Arizona?" Well, it is a little town on Historic Route 66 between Kingman and Flagstaff, Az. Did that help out? Last year we missed the Chicken Fry because as we were leaving, with the car loaded down, we sold our house. So we could not make the fry. All of my mother-in-law's siblings came, it was great to see everyone! This was the 53rd annual fry, good eating!! Rick's great-uncle Tommy is the town butcher and he coordinates the fry. We had a great time visiting the Grand Canyon Caverns, look them up sometime they are really neat! This year our friends Brian and Amber and their daughter Amanda joined us. There sure is not much for the kids to do, but they managed!
